A Little About Me
My ultimate passion is exploring the mountains, whether on a day hike or week-long trip. I find the logistical and planning phase nearly as enjoyable as the execution, but in the end it is the bonds formed by exertion and commitment in beautiful places that I enjoy most. The western (US) peaks are awesome, and I visit them at least once a year, but it is the verdant topography of the southern Appalachians that I love most and that I call home.
