Valley of Boulders, Charon's Garden

Valley of Boulders in Charon's Garden Wilderness, Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, OK, is a great place to have some bouldering and scrambling fun. Located high above on adjacent Elk Mountain are Apple and Pear. They're larger than they look! Imaged in June 2007 from the wall on the south side (normal entry to Valley of Boulders from Sunset is below and off the image to the left).
