Veiw of the Southern...
Veiw of the Southern Cathedral Range from Vogelsang Peak. A good approach to the west slopes of Simmons is up the valley from Bernice Lake in the foreground. The summit of Mt. Lyell is hidden behind Mt. Maclure but the buttress that splits the Lyell Glacier can be seen just to the left of Mt. Maclure. The label for Florence should read Mt. Florence . Taken June 21, 2003.

Great shot-I spent a week once at Bernice just scrambling all over-great to see it all in one photo.Allan
