Re: Excellent

Thanks, Fabrizio!
Would be fine to have some more pictures. When we ascended this peak, I carried with me an old video camera. A full rucksack of a separate recorder and a big camera, altogether some 5 kilos. So, I have no usual pictures.

Ciao!

Super page

It's an excellent, interesting page describing those remote, but very beautiful mountains. I've observed, you have described the ascent routes within the parent page. I find it very fine, because only a tiny fraction of SP members reads route descriptions separately.

Re: Super page

Thanks Andrej! The reason for describing ascent routes on the mountain page is that descriptions are simple. Actualy I only listed them Otherwise I think that route pages are very important, because SP enables good searching - by difficulty, type etc. So, real routes should have their own pages.

Beautiful!

Again a very interesting page. The photos are brilliant with great clarity (the frames around the photos fit well!)
Concerning the deepest cave I have to disappoint you. During the last years several extremely deep caves have been explored in the Caucasus (Abkhasia /Georgia). The deepest one reaches down almost 2100m! I think that there is almost no chance for Slovenian or Austrian caves to beat this record.

Re: Beautiful!

Thanks, Klaus, for stopping by and for your comments. Yes, I'll correct that part of the text, and on the page of Rombon too (it was copied from there). I also heard that in China there are very deep caves...
