View from the North Spur
Breccia Peak and Mount Sublette are the distant peaks. To the right of Mount Sublette and a little closer is Sublette Peak, lower but more challenging to climb. At center left and even closer, and shaded, is Pilot Knob.

Below is the tarn that makes a pretty destination along one of the routes to/from Lava Mountain. The route follows the boulder field seen to the right of the tarn. Lower, it veers left, as seen from this perspective, to mostly pass through meadows.
