View from the Polish Traverse
View north from the Polish Traverse December 16th, 2009. (Image like others I have submitted in the past but I can't resist). Weather gods were fine to us this day. Almost no wind and a cloudless summit day. Some of the best conditions I have seen for a summit day. The temperatures were bearable as well. William Marler Nikon Cool Pix 8000.

Wonderful lighting, and clarity! What lens/ body were you using? What do you use now? (I have a 5d I'm selling to replace with something packetable that I will actually shoot with while on the move! Any advice?) Thanks!

Hi I use a Nikon Cool Pix 8000. Because it is easy to use and packs well (small) when you have lots of gear. No more bulky cameras for me till I get so old I need porters. (•: Cheers William
