Nice pic

That's actually "NW Wasatch" rather than Wasatch on the right far ridge.

Anyway, nice job on Cathedral. It is my favorite peak in the Uintas.

It has been over 15 years (1/2 my life ago!) since I've done the climb, so if I missed any details on the route description feel free to add/update them. Since the routes aren't in any book, there's no way I could check my memory!

Re: Nice pic

Thanks for the correction Scott; the caption has been fixed.

The Cathedral was a lot of fun, and the views were super. You should be happy to know I had your annotated photo & route description in my pocket, and we cruised right to the summit with no problems.

Just as you mentioned, there was no sign of previous climbers anywhere; no cairns, footprints, summit register, or summit cairn. In fact we only saw 2 people all day, and they were within a mile of the trailhead.

I'll probably add a bit of info to your route description, which you can incorporate as you see fit.
