View of approach to the Southeast Gulley from the East end of Pear Lake. There is a trail going around the lake, follow it, you will cross a inlet stream(at big green dot) coming from 2 unnamed lakes you will see later. We rockhoped the stream with no problem August 2005. Head to the base of Copeland Mountain turn East and contour your way to the Gulley. Trees are not a problem this route!
