| View of Nokhu Crags from the saddle that separates them from Static Peak. My dog Poudre was a real trooper to make it up to the saddle but I didn’t want to go any further with him. He probably could have made it farther but he was worrying me sick. He is pretty fearless and I kept worrying that he would fall. Also, he’s not real good at down climbing. Hasn't voted | He is a Silky Terrier (about 15 lbs). He never rides in my pack, most of the time I have to struggle to keep up with him! The only thing that slows him down is heat. When it gets over 90 degrees he tends to drag. | | Posted Jul 28, 2003 12:27 pm |
