The view east. Castle Rock (2,310 ft) is the tabletop at left with Mica Mountain (4,067 ft) rising beyond it on the horizon. And barely visible on the center horizon is Whitestone Mountain (4,760+ ft, 2000P)--a WA 2kP peak. The picnic area off of Hwy 155 is on that island of rocks at right center. The island is not connected to Steamboat Rock. April 4, 2005.
