Looking south along the ridge...
Looking south along the ridge from the summit of Munra Point. Supposedly, Don Nelsen bushwhacked into the woods along this ridge and found a way to loop the hike down but you'll have to ask him................

Yes, you can bushwack up the ridge and come back down Tanner Creek. It is a relatively long and wild hike. There are three rock sections on the ridge in the woods.

Very cool. Thanks. Technical rock sections or just scrambles?

Thanks,
Brian

Just scrambles. The descent following Moffett Creek Trail # 430 & Tanner Creek Trail #431 requires some navigational skills. These two trails are in a surprisingly poor condition. It is relatively long loop; it took me just over 10 hours.
