Approaching the glacier on the NW Flank of Doldendhorn on the rocky rib just above the Spitzer Stein. The glacier is gained by the obvious ramp left of the rock then climbed to the saddle between Doldenhorn and Klein Doldenhorn. The skyline snow ridge to the left is followed to the summit.
