The Cliff Band. After you you...
The Cliff Band. After you you leave the trail at about 10,390 feet and climb the loose scree north to a saddle, you then follow the ridge east until you reach this cliff band. Now you look for a chute to climb to the top of Mummy. There is a class 3 chute near the southern end of the band about where the ridge meets the band and a class 2 chute about 100 yards north of the southern end of the band that you can traverse to.

"Human beings themselves are at risk - not just on some survival-of-civilization level, but more basically on the level of heart and soul. We are ignorant of our own nature and confused about what it is to be a human being."   --Gary Snyder
