OK.....why in the world would you and Bruce torture yourselves out there at this time of the year.....especially when there are places like Courtright to enjoy (cool at 8000')??

it actually wasn't all THAT hot at tollhouse and i was able to pass that face climbing stuff on to brutus.

the gazelle and i actually went to courtright for memorial day a few years back (a moderate snow year) and had to hike in part of the way because the road still had snow on it for the last 3+ miles.

the gate was closed, but we ran into a couple who have a cabin near the lake and a key to the gate. they're gracious enough to give us a ride in their rv for the first half.

it was pretty awesome. 6 people at courtright: 2 in a cabin, 2 fishing and cooking tritips, and 2 climbers (us).
