Italian normal route to Piz Bernina from Campo Moro



Section 2 between Rif.Carate Brianza (2636m) and Rif. Marinelli Bombardieri (2813m)



Trio Fantastico: Piz Roseg (3937m), Piz Scerscen (3971m) & Piz Bernina (4049m), which is highest but least impressive from Italian side. Below them is icefall of Upper Scerscen glacier. On the snowy pass right of Bernina Marco e Rosa hut (3609m) stands. Right of the pass is partly visible Cresta Guzza (3869m). August 2003.
