after a deep look in swiss map Nr. 283 Arolla:
the glacier in the background is the Glacier du Mont Miné. The peak just above the climber is the highest point of Les Bouquetins, 3838 m (but _other_ Bouquetins then the ones to cross when climbing Grand Cornier!). Behind this - cannot be seen - is the Refuge des Bouquetins, where I once have slept with a dozen climbers from spain, all of them snoring loudly ;-) The pure glacier hill left is Tête Blanche (3724 m), well known for those who know the Haute Route Ski Route.
