| Hagerman, via Geneva Lake | [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ] |
The south face route on Hagerman Peak, via Lead King Basin. I've shown my preferred route in blue, and the route described in Roach's Colorado's Thirteeners book in red.

Voted 10/10 | Your preferred route is in Blue. I notice it runs to the south side of the lake. Is there a trail that escorts one up through the trees? Also, where is the best camping around Geneva lake. Are there spots at the south side of the lake? | | Posted Jul 3, 2006 2:07 am |

Hasn't voted | Hi, sorry for the late reply. Yes, there is a trail of sorts, which angles straight up through the trees, after you get above the lake a ways. The camping spots were along the west side of the lake, including the south end. We camped near the trailhead though. | | Posted Jul 8, 2006 11:56 am |
