The weather turned bad when ascending to Mischabelhütten. From left to right: Egginer (3,366 m / 11,043 ft), Point 3,242 m / 10,636, Hinter Allalin (P 3,251 m / 10,666 ft and P 3,332 / 10,931 ft), P 3,249 m / 10,659 ft, P 3,460 m / 11,351 ft, Mittel Allalin (3,456 m / 11,338 ft), P 3,597 m / 11,801 ft and Allalinhorn (4,027 m / 13,211 ft). In the center-left of the photo: Feegletscher (the glacier) with the ski-lifts (down) and cable car (Felskinn 2,991 m / 9,812 ft, up) stations. Taken on July 23, 1994.

Thanks for adding the photo to the Egginer page. Although the skies are a bit cloudy, it's a really nice shot, since you can see the SW Ridge, the snow saddle, and the cable car station at Maste 4. Hopefully the weather will be a bit better next time (for both of us).

Hasn't voted | Yes I've localized Maste 4. It's placed at 2,557 m near the new Alpin Express cable car station (2,550 m) and some ski-lifts. In 1994 this cable car wasn't built yet, so this photo don't shows the cable car station. | | Posted Oct 2, 2002 9:44 am |

Hasn't voted | I checked my maps as well and it seems as though the new cable car station is at approximately the same location as the building in the photo (maybe a little lower).
