Hasn't voted | Funny you should ask :) We weren't planning on the ridge bivy, so we didn't have extra water. So we dumped all our water into our cooking pots, then I rapped down a fixed rope into the gully, and hiked down the gully to the glacier to fill up. Without the packs it was an easy hike - less than 1 hour round trip. Well worth it for an awesome bivy! | | Posted Aug 19, 2005 2:28 pm |
