I agree completely....

This picture is great for giving perspective of the descent from T-bolt to the notch separating it from Starlight. I recommend the chimney personally, the only hairy section is the crossing from the chimney base to the top of the "easy slabs".

About the Traverse rating . . .

is that 5.6 the 5.6-5.7 crux of the route? Are there any more. I'm wondering if its mostly 4th and low 5th if you take the chimney variation.

Re: About the Traverse rating . . .

Except for the summit block on Thunderbolt, that short section just left of the chimney is the most difficult section. We would probably have taken the chimney, but weren't sure where it was. The section shown there as 5.6 is probably easier than that. Since I'm a scaredy-cat free soloer, I probably inflated the rating a little to reflect my aversion to exposure. That section is mostly fourth class with a couple of tenuous moves to keep you focused. The overall traverse is mostly 3rd-4th class.
