10-Sept-2005: North couloir, as viewed from 11800' in the drainage below. Looked to be mostly neve with some ice patches.

Wow, the gully looks awfully narrow and thin this year. Let's hope for a good snow year. I'd like to climb this again next fall!

It does look it Craig. The guy who accompanied me on this little jaunt went up it the next weekend with another dude and took this pic. His opinion was that it wasn't as narrow or steep as it looked from afar. Anyway, I'm hoping to climb it next year too !
