When approaching from the south, through Valtournenche, you get the first glimpse of HIM in Antey St.Andre village. HE is still over 20km away but it doesn't matter.
King Cervino/Matterhorn (4478m) is obviously using shock and awe strategy! Very successfully, one must admit. Word domination barely does justice to the magnificent sight!
