Magerstein glacier (Tristenferner) as it was this summer hiking from the Hochgall hut (rifugio Roma). Compared with the photo (1984) made many years ago, some modifications are evident - August 2005.

Hasn't voted | Also if the variations (after 20 years) seem less evident than elsewhere: probably the more important changes are in the depth of the glacier, rather than into the extent.
