Unforgettable sunriseThis is the very sunrise I also saw from Kibo Hut, after withdrawing from Hans Meyer's Cave with a sick companion. Thanks for bringing back that happy memory

Re: Unforgettable sunriseThe picture was actually taken from a spot called "Gilman's Point" on the crater rim. A pitty you had to withdraw from "Hans Meyer's Cave" but I'm sure the sunrise from Kibo Hut wasn't less stunning.
I hope your companion is doing well so far.
