3rd Class?

I got comments of a climbing photo I submitted to the Thunderbolt page where people questioned what I called 3rd class. This photo fits that category. I think that we Sierra climbers have a different view of 3rd class from the rest of the country, that or we take better pics of it.

Any way to view your videos on-line? Or are you selling them?

One more question. I just bought a super light tiny video cam. Any suggestions of mounting it on my helmet where it will survive anything besides a direct impact?

I tried the helmet cam mounting idea and don't recommend it. Not controllable. I am now using a travel pouch I got at REI ( Eagle Creek brand ) which has rings sewn in either end for a strap. It holds my Canon Optura 100mc's perfect. I threw the strap away, lined the pouch in a few places with neoprene from an old wetsuit , and use "mini biners from Home Depot to clip the pouch on either my alpine Black Diamond climbing pack, or a Misty Mountain chest / gear harness, right on my shoulder, top and bottom. I can lead ice, Aid, or easier free climbing, and whip it out at a moments notice ( need to tether it to the mini biners in case you drop it ). For a good video, you need at least 2 cameras ( I have 3 - one for each climber ). Email me with any other questions.
