Peering through the space between Mount Pinchot (L) and Tinkham Mountain (R), this is Mount Stimson, at 10,142' the second highest point in GNP. Photo taken not far from Cut Bank Pass (7900'), on the descent to the ridge accessing Tinkham.

I love this mountain

Mt. Stimson is one of my favorite mountains in all the world. I dream of being able to ski mountaineer it someday.
