Voted 10/10 | Thanks on behalf of my French friend who now lives in Poland quite near me and took most of the pix in the album, not this one though. I saw a few houses like this in SW Transylvania when I was in my twenties, and the roofs did look like they were built like the historic Irish ones - thick layers of straw/reeds - but roofs so steep are probably characteristic of Transylvania. | | Posted Feb 28, 2009 3:21 pm |
