The Durango-Silverton train pulls in by the old depot in Silverton. When climbing Golden Horn or any other peaks in the area, make an effort to see this train pull in to town. The train is used by most climbers to access Sunlight, Windom and Eolus (14ers) in the Needles mountains. Summer, 1978.
