An early morning winter shot of the hulking and rugged Lost Mine Peak with its rugged sawtooth ridge almost 4,000 ft above Panther Junction. The peak in the foreground is Panther Peak and the buildings below is Panther Junction where the park headquarters is located. There is a gap separating the summit near the very top, the right peak being the highest with a 4th class finish and the left peak being the lower requiring a 5th class finish. January 2005.
