September 24th, 2005 - Michael Ybarra (MichaelJ) on the second to last pitch of the climb. He is stopped at the only place in the couloir where an ice screw could be used for pro on the entire climb! Conditions made the couloir mostly a cruddy neve climb (note: NOT a cruddy climb though :-D).

What's up with this "cruddy neve climb" stuff? It was a nice, easy climb with sinker tool placements and great weather!

I wasn't quite sure how to phrase it. The climb was great, it's just the neve was very chunky and irregular, so I felt much less solid climbing it than I have on more uniform neve.
