Hasn't voted | Thanks Dean! There are some excellent views from here and is definately one of my favorite viewing points of the Wasatch, you can see 15/17 of the "Wasatch 11ers". | | Posted Jan 15, 2006 4:07 pm |

Hasn't voted | Ditto the outstanding views! Your photo answered my question - I was wondering where N. Thunder was, in relationship to the Pfeifferhorn. HEY - this is also my favorite section of the Wasatch. They really exhibit their ALPINE character here! AND the geology of this area is quite remarkable. (Appears to be a lot of Quartz Monzonite in this area.) Can you imagine the Wasatch having over 60 glaciers in the past? NICE PHOTO, gjagiels!!! | | Posted Oct 2, 2007 11:10 am |
