Maybe it doesn't look it but this is a fairly important photo in order to get your bearings. Below is the climbers refuge, park guard quarters, concession stand, and toll booth. Autos approach from the left and either park in the lot or pay to take the 6 km road seen on the right side into the crater. From the parking lot this path leads up to the crater rim and trail down into the interior. Photo taken 05 Jan 2006.
