Great foto ! Whymper in its Memory talked about such type of cloud. First time I've seen it on Cervino. How was the weather before ? When I've seen it on Mont Blanc or some minor summit in Abruzzo the weather, after a couple of hours, became really bad.

The photo was taken on January 19, 2006 at 5:35 pm from Zermatt.

On this day it was a bit cloudy, the next days was beautiful weather.
