Heading down (about 13,500...
Heading down (about 13,500 foot mark) with the top of Gibralter Rock visible on the left. Just to the right of Gibralter, you can just barely see the ridge that Camp Muir sits on (left of the climber) and the start of the Muir snowfield. Amazing weather favored us during our climb on this 9th day in August 69. Slide scanned to digital
