Mailbox and sign........were long gone when we got up there. I wonder who would have taken both the sign and the mailbox away. I was looking forward to mailing a letter from up there. : (

Re: Mailbox and sign....Here's what we found. Dennis signing the register which was kept in a glass jar in the red can at his feet. We just beat a storm off this peak and it started to snow shortly after I took this pic. Thunder and lightning came a little later.

Re: Mailbox and sign....That's very sad. I think it's a "sign" that the trailhead is too close to the peak.
