Elk Slabs Routes: #1 - Water Streak 5.7 RX. The first set of anchors is 100ft and the second set of anchors 200ft. No bolts or pro. #2 - Great Expectations 5.5. Classic line with good natural pro. #3 - The Dihedral (Chimney Variation) 5.6. Another classic. 165ft from anchors. Its fun to add the second pitch and rap the anchors above Water Streak. #4 - Nike 5.7. The first 40ft of this lead is RX but then there is plenty of natural pro. The first placement goes into the horizontal crack where the "4" is in the photo. A really fun lead. 165 ft from anchors. #5 - A 5.8 finish to Water Streak. #6 - A 5.9 finish to #2 and #3.
