Ingraham Flat [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Ingraham Flat
This was my first campsite at 11,000 feet. Igraham Flat is loctated on the Ingraham glacier on Mt. Rainier. The Dissapointment Cleaver route passes through Ingraham Flat and many people use it as a camp #2 to acclimate. Cathedral Rock is on the left and the false summit is in the center. Photograph taken July 24, 2005. If you were to turn 180 degrees from the way this picture faces you would see this view of Little Tahoma.

""All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night, in the dusty recesses of their minds, awake in the day to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes to make it reality.""   --T.E. Lawrence
