Colorful lichens grace the...
Colorful lichens grace the north side of the towering ramparts the make up the winding Chinese Wall. These cliffs, ranging 400-600 feet high guard the high tundra of the Flat Tops. Breaks in the defenses allow access to the high, sacred lands! Impressive snow amounts for a drought year, however these accumilations are lean for this area. Summer, 2002.
