Horcones Valley

Hiking through the Horcones Valley along the Normal Route on Aconcagua. Aconcagua rises on the right hand side of the photo, off-the frame. The approach starts on the south side of the mountain from Peunta del Inca, passes through Confluencia base camp, and ends on the north side at Plaza del Mulas. Photo taken December 6, 2005.
