Coyotes- 7 Dead [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Coyotes- 7 Dead
This cruel and sad site in the nearby Owyhee Canyon country typifies the rancher / hunter mentality of the area.

Hey, there's a forum thread going on called "I can't believe" about a trophy kill shot, and I made a link to this shot as an example of a dead animals shot that has an appropriate context on this site.

If you want, I'll delete that link. I'll also delete it if people defending the controversial photo of the killed deer attack your picture just to be spiteful.

No- keep the link. It's contextual in that it's commonplace to see this type of thing in the Owyhees and many other areas in the West.

Rest In peace all you gentle souls. You are no longer in danger of the evil some humans can do.
How horrible this must have been! Do you know if this was on private land or public land? And did you report the murder of these 7 beautiful coyotes? I think the time has come to give the coyotes protection!

I agree with your sentiments completely. It was found on public land, not too far from ranches. When I reported this to Fish & Game, they'd seen it a hundered times over, and they even have an employee that does this for ranchers etc called pest control, or something ridiculous like that. They said there's no laws against it.
