Greg C. on the Upper Section... [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Greg C. on the Upper Section...
Greg C. on the Upper Section of Walt Bailey Jam. Having made his way through the Technical Crux, which is low in the pitch, Greg is working his way through the Endurance Crux which is the sustained hand jams that constitute the unrelenting last half of the pitch. Although it is a continuous and difficult pitch, the protection is quite plentiful!! Don't let the foreshortening effect fool you, the pitch is every inch of 165 ft....."If it weren't for foreshortening, no one would try the tall ones"....author unknown.
