The 'Pinsapo'(Abies Pinsapo Boiss) tree forest (the biggest in the world) grows up to the steep and rocky north slopes of the Sierra del Pinar. The combination of this very special firn trees with the wild slopes of the north face make a kind of 'Alpine'landscape in the heart of southern Andalucía. February 2006.
