The Icefield Ranges in this inset are North of Mount Fairweather and Glacier Bay, The Brabazon Mountains, parallel to the Outside Coast, extend as a splinter range up to Yakutat Bay and Mount St. Elias.

Chichagof and Baranof Islands to the South have many unnamed peaks. Most of these would be hardy hikes in the Lower 48 states. Beware of grizzly bears.
