This is the view of Moelwyn Mawr's summit when seen from the large dam. This large dam high up on the mountain side is for a Hydro-Electric scheme next to the lake at the bottom which runs two turbines at 25,000volts then stepped up into the main National Grid Feed at 275,000volts to a large substation at Tawsfynydd.
