Upper Trough from 13,300' [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Upper Trough from 13,300'
The upper Trough route and the west face of the Longs summit block from 13,300'. This is the point where the Keyhole Route joins the trough (note the red and yellow bullseye on the rock just left of center). Snow conditions on the Trough to this point had been great, but above this it was mostly mixed ice and rock with little snow. February 25, 2006.
