Bad road on Pearsoll Peak [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Bad road on Pearsoll Peak
We were driving along (bouncing and jolting) on this 4WD road when it died on the edge of the mountain. Dennis had real fun turning his vehicle around cuz he couldn't back it down. Fun in the mountains can be the drive in and the drive out.

I'd imagine you've experienced this stuff from the places you guys go. That is a 2005 Tacoma, I have one just like it and they are almost as big as a Tundra but only have 6 cyl. instead of the Tundra's 8.

Can't get into the backcountry w/o overestimating your vehicle at least once or twice :)

Most of the time, (3X this past year) it involved bottoming out a rental sedan and then working for an hour or two trying to get it out with a jack.
