Top section of Thompson's Route on No. 3 Buttress of Ben Nevis. If you look at this photograph full size you'll able to see my footprints in the snow. The top section of this route is easy compared to the lower chimney. Carn Mor Dearg rises North East of Ben Nevis with Aonach Mor's ridge line visible behind that.
