Wind Mtn & San Antonio Mtn from the air [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Wind Mtn & San Antonio Mtn from the air
Photo taken from AA flight between DFW and LGB. I always go for the window seats forward of the wings, though the haze provided the biggest obstruction on this day!

Chatfield Mountain can be seen up and left (SSE) of Wind, Washburn Mountain is to the right of Chatfield (WSW) and Deer Mountain is the small peak visible below (N) San Antonio. At 7074', San Antonio Mountain is the 34th highest ranked summit in the state of TX; the state-line bisects Chatfield and cuts across the very northern flank of San Antonio.
