Just to right of the center of the photo you see a snow couloir and a trail leading up to the beginning of it. Climb straight up the snow until you reach the beginning of a valley. When there, you're at 3950m and should "take a right" towards Stepanek's rocky summit.

The trail on the right hand side of the couloir is the descent route. The very loose scree is great for bombing down on, but hell as for ascending.
