Hiya,
Heading out to hopefully camp in Vallee Blanche 4-8 May (weather depending , as usual!!). This was one of our possible routes - quick query - you mention 60m ropes - we've always been ok with 50's - are the belays spaced at more than 50m?

Hi there, I've not been too much browsing around on SP the last year. I guess you found out about the rope yourselves... 50 is OK. The ice in Norway is better ;-)
